Let's Colour - Walls Are Dancing

This video starts off slow, but I love what the editor did with the paintings as the song picks up. The part I'm still trying to figure out is how much of this video is genuine stop motion and how much of it has been manipulated in After Effects. Unless they repainted the walls several times, there are frames that seems to show different orders of painting which makes me feel like some masking and combining was done. Continuing on my little art binge, here's some awesome work from Asaf Hanuka. He's got a bold style that somehow just sucks you in. Its hard to due justice to it with words, take a look for yourself!

Chainlinked Awesome

I don't really know anything about this artist nor have I been following her for any duration of time. I just found her today, but she's got some awesome work in her portfolio. I think one of my favorites is Red Ink, but it's aspect ratio doesn't fit well here.

Paint the World Bright Colors

I can't tell if this is actually a *good* idea but it certainly makes for awesome stop motion and does brighten up the streets. That pure purple courtyard was a bit overwhelming though, hehe.

Unexpected Terrorist

I haven't been able to find a source to credit this to, but I like the moment it captures. It's got lots of attention to detail and I found it poignant.

Elephant Paints Self Portrait

As far as I can tell this video is entirely legitimate. The camera never cuts and it smoothly pulls back and forth between the easel and the elephant painting the picture several times. If so, this video just blew my mind. I don't know if the elephant was just trained to draw that specific picture or if it has some idea of 'drawing an elephant', but either way that painting actually has nice lines and is clearly identifiable! All hail elephants, our new lords and masters!!

Reverse Painting

Normally you paint canvas to create images of life. This artist has instead painted life to look like a canvas. Her attention to detail clearly shines through in these sets of photos. When the lighting is just right, the actors truly blend into their painted settings. Not much more I can say, just enjoy the ride.

Awesome Rabbit Tank

Holy crap check out that awesome tank. Woah, wait... is it freaking crewed by rabbits?! Rabbits in trench coats? How do you counter a rabbit army equipped with walking tanks and flamethrowers?!

A wolf spy, hopefully. Well, at least the wolves have got to hope that guy can pull off some James Bond shit because that machine is intimidating... even with its cute little bunny ears on top.
