Just a few minutes ago I ran into a similar issue, albeit with less dramatic results. Some man took the stall right next to me despite there being one further down, and then proceeded to try to start a conversation by asking me incoherent questions. I could have sworn he was asking if I liked snakes. I didn't stay to find out though and finished up right quick.
