Rocket Launcher WTF?!

This is one of those wtf moments that's best left to the viewer. I just wonder, "Why the doll? WHY?!"

Oh, and this is from the "classic" film: Hard Ticket to Hawaii

Religion on Free Thinking

An extremist view, but sadly not uncommon.

YouTube's April Fools

YouTube's done an awesome thing. I'd say more, but it really should just be experienced. ASCII art ftw!

You can see their blog post about it here:

Nike Air's Secret

Did you know Nike has finally revealed its shoe secrets? It might astound you. (Or considering the date it might not...)

The Future of Music

Here's a cool way of visualizing music. Or is it a cool way of driving music with visuals?! Its the chicken and the egg thing, but with TRON lasers and future music.

If You Dream, The Terrorists Win

Aside from the fact this video is just over the top, take a moment to step back and appreciate how much can be conveyed by a good sound artist. In this day and age we focus so much on the visuals of movies and games, but don't forget about that sound technician who brought it all together. Those guys are fucking sweet!

... but us visual guys are still more important of course...

Galactic Empire State of Mind

Well if YouTube is to be used as a cultural thermometer (or perhaps barometer would be more appropriate?) then Jay-Z's song "Empire State of Mind" with well over 60 million views is something you've already seen. You know, the one where he awkwardly avoids making eye contact with the camera even when he's the only thing on screen?

Anyway, as with all big things it turns out they're better with Star Wars. Heck, this one even has an awesome title for it.
